Great results come from great planning!

Are you looking through your PiYo Get Lean Nutrition Guide and wondering where to start?  How to arrange your foods throughout the day?  Wonder no longer!  Here are meal plan templates for each of the calorie ranges that you can use to set up your days.  I really do recommend planning your meals out in advance.  I prefer to brainstorm meals on a Saturday afternoon and then go shopping for the items I need for the week.  Be as simple or as creative as you want to be, but the key to your success will be found in your food choices… So, choose wisely!  🙂

Hi there! I just got “piyo” and I can’t wait to start But I just don’t know how too. My goal is to now only have a better lifestyle but to also lose 100 lbs! I was wondering were to start with the meal plan? And I don’t have money to be buying the shackology stuff. Is there something else I can do instead?? Thanks! !
