How about Countdown to Competition?  The intention is to do 2 days of a “Countdown to Competition” meal plan and then 1 day of the standard “Extreme Eating” plan.  Continue that pattern throughout the 21 days of your program.  So, feeling adventurous?  Looking for some incredible results?  This will get you started for the 1500-1799 calorie range.
