I would love to help you on your fitness journey!  Whether you need a motivator, an accountability partner, someone to celebrate your successes with, pick you up when you are down, or a real person to answer your questions… “coaching” means something different to each person.  I help people via email, facebook, phone and text.  So, location is never an issue.  I have personally completed ChaLean Extreme, TurboFire, Brazil Butt Lift, Les Mills Pump, Les Mills Combat, and Insanity: Asylum.  I am also a Certified Insanity Trainer.  My husband Trey has completed P90X, P90X2, Insanity, Insanity: Asylum, Body Beast, and Les Mills Combat.  He is a Certified P90X Trainer.  Our knowledge of the programs can help you find the perfect fit for you that falls in line with your needs and goals.

As Your Coach…
When you join Team Beachbody, my goal as your Coach is to be sure you have all the tools and information you need to get the fitness results you’re looking for. I am your first friend in the Team Beachbody community and will help you get the most out of your Team Beachbody experience.

I am a valuable resource in connecting you with the Team Beachbody community and will help you set up your Team Beachbody profile, navigate the site, and lead you to important information that will help you reach your weight-loss and fitness goals.

When you need help deciding which workout program to purchase, or what to do once you’ve finished your current program, talk to me! I can offer suggestions for continuing your health and fitness journey.

If you need accountability to help you stick to your fitness program, I can help you with that. Together we work out a system of communication, or I can refer you to some of the best resources at Team Beachbody to give you accountability and motivation.

Team Beachbody Coaches are huge supporters of the community, and I want you to get in the best shape of your life. I can direct you to the best places to find exercise advice, support, nutrition and health information, accountability, and whatever else you need in order to get the best results from your diet and workout program.

STEP 1:  Have Beachbody Make the Assignment

If you do not already have a Team Beachbody account, click here and complete the information to get your free account.  There is an option for a club membership, but that is not a necessary step in this process.  The free account is all you need unless you would like VIP access to live trainer chats and personalized meal planning tools.  You do not need to sign up for the Club Membership to work with me.

If you ALREADY HAVE A TEAM BEACHBODY ACCOUNT, and are not currently working with a coach.  You can send an email to  and tell them that you want Heather Reichert (HeatherRD, Coach ID 36601) to be your coach.  Trey and I work together as a team, so you will get to benefit from his knowledge-base as well.

STEP 2:  Let’s Be Friends on Facebook

Trey and I run private facebook groups for the people that we coach.  These groups are for support and accountability regardless of which program you are doing.  We also run 30-day Shakeology Nutrition groups as well!
